today i saw dr. abraham verghese speak and got to meet him. i wasnt sure exactly what to say to him, but he kicks serious ass. then i picked up a sweet cream and strawberry cake from marble slab. i also donated platelets and red blood cells until seven o'clock in the evening. and they even gave me ten movie dollars. i also got to watch two
