2 finals down...i have to say they went much better than i thought. the patient for my Clinical Case Studies class was a 23 year old woman with polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothyroidism and borderline personality disorder who also needed oral contraceptives. they could have made it a LOT worse. now i need to basically teach myself pharmacokinetics

Same here: two finals and one take home test down, one final to go. (Which is due on Monday, and which I seriously have not even started.)

Needless to say, I've been forced to employ the self-pep talk as well.

good luck on your tests....i know what you mean, the case history was even funnier in that not funny but sorta is way....due to the polycystic ovary syndrome she was overweight, had acne and male pattern facial hair...but then it said she had multiple(# unknown) male and female sex partners...the first thing i thought (which i will admit is totally evil) is "wow, she gets around for a fat pimply chick with a beard" oh, what is that noise? oh, thats right....its my express bus to hell honking for me.

I just couldn't resist.

And anyways, the same bus is coming for me because when I read "multiple (#unknown) male and female sex partners" I thought "whoa. How New Paltz of her...."
