[Mod] Changes, Challenges, and Other Things
Hello everyone! :) Sorry for being inactive lately, for RL had me really busy with exams and everything, but with the summer vacation, I'm back.
By the way, thank you to my dear co-mod riisha, for posting the monthly reviews for January and February, thanks also to the members who still kept posting these past two months, and welcome to the new members, mojojoe2003 and mierin-lanfear!
So, some things I would like to discuss:
Challenges: I do have an idea for a new challenge. So in preparation for this, I would like to ask you guys:
What plots do you think are overused in fiction/fan fiction?
Please do comment with your lists, and I'll compile them all later, for the challenge. (I'll go post what the challenge would be some other time...for now I'm afraid I'll have to keep you all in suspense. :p)
Changes: I was thinking of officially changing the rules posted on the user info--actually, we've all been doing this ever since, but I never got around to putting it in the rules--outputs for the month can now be for anything, whether for a previously posted idea or not. So if you wrote even just a small drabble for the month, for a fandom/story idea/plot bunny you never mentioned here before, do post them here, and this shall still be considered in the monthly review. ^^
Would that be okay with you guys?
But members are still highly encouraged to still post their ideas and plot bunnies, so we can all discuss them and exchange ideas. After all, this is what the community is for--helping each other to wake those (darned) muses up, right? XD
And one other thing: would you guys like a monthly review of publications you can submit to, and ongoing challenges at other communities?
