Ok, it seems the nasty Glandular Fever that I have seems to be clearing slowly but surely. My throat is certainly nowhere near as sore as it was last Wednesday, it's still there, but it's not unbearable

It's amaing how many people have said that, even some pretty much saying I'm lying about my illness, but I guess GF affects people worse than some people, I thankfully seem to be one of the lucky ones. s for knocking me down, it could still do that, as like I said, the weakness can still stop you from doing normal everyday things.
So, in summary:
sore throat = almost gone
tiredness/weakness = gonna stay for a good few months by the looks of it
Don't worry hun, I wasn't having a go at you, I was just saying some other people have said it in a way that sounds like they think I'm lying about it, which isn't really a nice feeling, but I know you wouldn't do that.

I was speaking to someone the other day, and ne of their friends had GF too, and because of their positive mental attitude and the way they went about treating it, she only missed one day of school! So I guess those people who are off for months have the wrong frame of mind about it.
