So it's been 4 days since I worked out and I'm concerned because my injury almost feels like it's getting worse. I've even started to wrap it and it's most painful when I sleep (I just can't get it comfortable when I lay down) so needless to say I haven't slept well since the weekend. Anyone have any advice for a hamstring issue

As for my leg pain, I had it wrapped all day yesterday and I actually feel WAY better today. I probably should have kept it wrapped today too, but we'll see. I'm still taking time off from the gym til next week though.
And yea, I'll see you then. I hope I don't get lost :) Just in case, I'd get the tickets and I'll hit you back when I get there.
