concerned

So it's been 4 days since I worked out and I'm concerned because my injury almost feels like it's getting worse. I've even started to wrap it and it's most painful when I sleep (I just can't get it comfortable when I lay down) so needless to say I haven't slept well since the weekend. Anyone have any advice for a hamstring issue ( Read more... )

Thanks for the tips. I was actually thinking about getting one of those hot cold Therma care things. As for what I did to it, I'm not sure. I think it was just over use and I did step up my workouts alittle last week.

For any issues with sore muscles and whatnot, I usually just slap on an IcyHot patch, and pop an aspirin and the pain is bearable. Still, four days with pain sounds like more than just a pulled hamstring; myabe you should get it checked out?

Thanks for the thumbs up on my layout. It's my now fav color and all bright to celebrate SPRING!

As for my leg pain, I had it wrapped all day yesterday and I actually feel WAY better today. I probably should have kept it wrapped today too, but we'll see. I'm still taking time off from the gym til next week though.

And yea, I'll see you then. I hope I don't get lost :) Just in case, I'd get the tickets and I'll hit you back when I get there.
