In fact, i8t's heartbroken!Scorpius, since Albus is the one dancing with the girl. But I tried to convey the feeling of loneliness adn sadness in Al's frown and pursed lips.

Yes, you definitely conveyed emotion; enough so that I have to find some hot fluff to get some piece of mind before I head off to bed. I can practically feel, not the sadness or grief but the emptiness Scorpius feels. It's almost frightening.
