Cinema in the Park schedule is up and it's actually pretty good!

After not going to see a single movie last year, this year's schedule is a huge improvement. It's a good mix of movies that I have seen and liked or would see but not enough to actually rent.

No goofy old classics, but yes, these do hit that spot between "pay to see it" and "wouldn't watch it at all." Looking forward to some fun free movie dates with you!

There are actually a bunch on there that I wanted to see but missed in the theatres (like Igor).

I'm sad that these don't start until June. Since I haven't been back to Pittsburgh in a few years do you have any suggestions of cool things going on from May 15- May 30th?

Final Fridays gallery crawl on Butler St in Lawrenceville

There's a couple of good bands at Shadow Lounge depending on what kind of music you're looking for.

Hmmm, I'll let you know if I see anything else. On my calendar there's an old-school hip hop night at Shadow Lounge on the 16th and a Morrisey birthday party at the Brillo Box on the 22nd.
