As of today I've worked 47 days straight but tomorrow I close the biggest single sale of my 11 year career as a Realtor. At four o'clock my 4.6 million dollar sale of a condo, CONDO! in La Jolly will close and next Friday I will be paid! I love rich people. I really wish I knew many more. They don't fuss over costs or ask me to kick in my pay. ( Read more... )

Congrats!

It's been a pretty tough year...our office is doing okay, but it's very slow compared to this time last year.

And what's up with the richies? One of our top producers just closed on a $19.8 million listing in Ojai, but can't get rid of her other stuff!
