My life is so scattered. My car is crowded with the ginormous cast off palm tree from the bookmarkery, the suitcase I've been living out of for the past month, and some bottles of wine from catering that really need to get drunk. I took a very old friend to the airport today and we fit his suitcases in too. Whenever Brett and I hang out, he calls

I'm so glad you guys came back last night!
Blood oranges look like they've been soaked in blood and are more tart (and delicious) than the normal kind.
