I think the deal is that he's gonna get chest surgery... Maybe they'll eye his apartment. They'll probly make him look more urban sophisticate, isn't that usually what they do?

I think it depends on the lifestyle. I've seen them go in and make a guy totally sporty if he was too nerdy or something similar. So I think they base the style of their work/interests etc.
I'm totally going to watch it if I can finish this paper
