Where in Princeton? At the university, I suppose... but where? I'm at home for a while, and I might need some suggestions for a internship/job in the spring... and as Princeton is all of 15 minutes away, it makes sense.
John Nash would be all like "We must obtain a stable mathematical equilibrium blah blah blah I'm a gladiator" and Feynman would be all like "IM IN UR BAR STEALIN UR GURLZ" and then Nash would be all like "OMG PWNED" and everyone would laugh.
Except for Stephen Hawking. Coz, y'know, he can't.
I'm sort of just getting into it, as I've been bad about keeping up with comics lately. I haven't looked at QC in months. Lost interest as soon as Marten stopped being frustrated. Figure I probably haven't missed much.
I just started reading it a few weeks ago. QC is totally in a lull with everyone all happy and friendly. Angst is good! Which is probably why Diesel Sweeties has been in good form - lots of indie rock pete being an unintential goof. love it.
I think I've said this before, but when I first started reading ds (which I'm also months behind on), Indie Rock Pete reminded me to a T of my old friend Pete Mortensen from college. I *think* that he's the "Cult of Mac" blogger/staff writer for Wired these days, as extensive Googling bring up that Pete Mortensen as the most likely one. Pete was a Journalism major and he did like Macs a ton when I last saw him lo these 3 1/2 years ago, but I guess I always expected him to start up the next Pitchfork/Honeypump/insert Indietool site here. Anyway, yeah, I still think that Indie Rock Pete was based on him.
