I called around to Pauline's house & my mouth was a dry as a bone. I thought that me & Pauline could just chat a bit, and I could sup down a refreshing drink. However as soon as I got there, problems ensued. Later Me & Jim Branning called to the Vic. More problems. Worse than the rats in Walford. Worse than all the foxes
