Sabbatical. Day 1

Ah, unemployment.

So much to do, so little time.

I tried to make sure i got a lot accomplished. Mostly stuff around the house and some spring cleaning on dabbled.org.

I'll post an update later with pics and stuff from vacation...

I didn't get laid off. I quit :) I took one of the packages Delta offered to leave. And I am taking a month off (since they are paying me for 4) before i get another job. hence = sabbatical!

Oooh! Ok. Quitting one's job can leave you with a fresh clean, yet somewhat nervous feeling. This I know. :)

Btw, I just found out an old HS friend of mine is living in the Little Five Points area! She's an artist-type and has had a ton of gallery shows around the country. Maybe when I'm down there next time, hopefully in October for the yearly Halloween bash, I can meet with her. Talk about coincidence!
