I was amazed that season 2 ended with that peaceful note, but with the reminder that nothing is ordinary here. And then season 3 will hit.

I loved this little snippet between Stiles and Scott. It also makes sense that Scott would use his wolf powers to help Stiles practice. If Stiles can get past him then, imagine what he could do against normal boys.

I really liked the idea that while Scott has fun needling Stiles in using his powers, he has other motives as well. What better practice tool than a touch of wolf powers.

Awwwww. I love the warmth, but also how you brought in the underlying trauma. And Scott *noticed*! Character growth! ♥ And Scott cheating to help Stiles get better is a spot-on "you are my best friend and I love you but also am eternally required to give you shit" note.

Writing Stiles pov on the trauma was too much for me to resist. Also I think Scott is protective of Stiles and looks after him, but there are always so many things going on that Scott worries, but also views Stiles as such a constant, he appears to be oblivious at times. But we've seen a number of times that Scott's every bit of protective towards Stiles as Stiles is towards him--how much Scott fears something bad happening to Stiles.

Heh Scott totally enjoys needling Stiles and using his wolfie powers to cheat, but I thought he might have other motives as well--after practicing against Scott, Stiles will be even better against regular players.

I had this moment in the finale scene where Scott is comforting Allison about her mom of oh, *that's* why Stiles is eternally loyal to Scott. I bet he was the only one who didn't treat Stiles differently after his mom died, and said all the right things, and was generally the goofy sweetheart that he is. It's easy for fandom to dismiss Scott as a bad friend because he's not smart about werewolf peril and having adult priorities and spent most of S1 in denial - especially in comparison to Stiles, who parents his own father and is so obsessed - but I bet he's a really good peacetime friend.
