I'm not sure how to answer the first question. I don't see myself as a hugely spiritual person. I believe that there is a "higher being/power" of some sort out there. I also tend to ascribe feminine pronouns to that power. But that's about as far as it goes.
As for the ice cream flavour, it's probably a tie between liquorice and pepermint choc-chip. Yummy.
