Seems very appropriate for roleplaying geeks. I assume its 2d6 as using a d20 would be cheating and you would not get very drunk, 2d4s on the other hand...:)

Rules:
Each player takes turns rolling two dice.
If you role a 3 or a 8 you get to give 2 drinks to whoever you chose,
if it is any other number you can either take one drink or chance the role.
If you chose to chance it and still don't get a 3 or 8 then you take drinks to equal the amount of the dice.
If you get a three on the chance then you can give away six drinks,
if you get an eight on the chance you can give away 16 drinks.
Double 1's or double 6's on either throw is a social (everyone drinks)
if you role a social you forfeit any further throw until the next time you get the dice.

Each of you has a match, or something that floats that you don't mind getting in your drink. You throw it at the other persons glass. If you get it in, they drink. If they get it in, you drink.

I've played this one. First person to start losing co-ordination really loses.
