Dearest Phoebe~

Imagine how terrible 'twould be if the mirror, lovely as it is, fell on someone smaller than I? I simply couldn't risk that, for it isn't a risk that I should take for other people. ( Read more... )

Don't go to any trouble, Luna. You really needn't make me anything at all. It's just good to hear that you're feeling better now. Michael's right, I don't think the Eyrie would have been the same if you hadn't recovered so well.

'Tisn't any trouble. I have all the little beads right here, and it shan't take much to string them together. Luckily, I have already prepared some special colours, for I can't use the charms right now.

Oh, well if it's not any trouble, I'd love one.

I still have that small mirror, if you want it. It's not very big or anything, but mum said you could have it all the same.

I would very much like the mirror, Michael. Thank you. I shall make you a lovely accessory as a token of appreciation. What is your favourite colour? I have quite a selection.

Ah, grey, actually. I know, it's not really a colour, but I've always liked it.

Very well, I shall make you a grey anklet. Then you may hide it under your socks if you ever need to.

You shall know why soon enough and I'd be delighted to have another accessory.

But I should like to know now! I suppose I shall just have to wait with baited breath until I find out.

Then you shall have one.

I will have to ask your father something first. I do not plan to take much longer, I promise.

Something yellow this time perhaps? I am feeling particularly sunny today.

I can hardly wait, but I will. I promise I shan't go peeking in cupboards either.

Of course! I have many yellow shaded corks, because for some reason most people prefer blue or green. I don't know why, as yellow is such a happy colour.
