I had such a delightful time yesterday! Terry took me on a scavenger hunt, and although I didn't find the snorkack, I did find a delightful little mirror. You are most certainly welcome. I am glad you enjoy it. It was doing no good up in the attic, and it seemed fitting that you should have it. Do not look into the mirror too often that you forget your hair is beautiful now too.

You know, you could get Professor Flitwick to make your hair grow longer when we get back to school, you know. Because he'll probably understand why it needs to be long. Because it does, and we all know it should be.

I think that I shall let it grow on its own, though I shall miss it dearly. Change is very important, and I know that if I ever really needed it back right away, it would appear as if it had never been gone.

If that is so, I believe that one day I shall see the truth of it, and then my hair will return. It was not truly removed by magic, so it should grow back as it was, eventually.

Thank you, Harry. I'm getting used to it, and Terry's mirror has given me a way of seeing it both ways, so I shan't forget it now either.

Being able to have things both ways is always nice. And it's only hair, which grows back. Not like fingers or something.

That's what Dad said, although he did like my hair long. I expect it shan't take too long to grow, and I can see much more clearly than I could before, as my hair doesn't float in front of my eyes.
