Yeah so, I'm kinda posting a lot on Tumblr atm, it just feels easier most of the time? It's probably not good for me, I think I'm becoming part of the Tumblr hivemind, so I'll try to spend some more time here.

Tumblr is much easier, at least for me, because I find writing of any kind difficult.

Also I got my friend into Night vale, but I tried to listen to it and just got bored in the first episode. (Which is not to imply it's bad, it's just not my thing!). But yeah its everywhere on Tumblr. I had to tumblr savior it because I was too sick of it!

My problem is not so much writing as it is keeping it short, Tumblr encourages shortness so it works for me. Plus there's so much already written and posted so I can just reblog a gif set from an episode instead of writing an essay about it. XD

It starts kinda slow and finds it's groove after a while but yeah I can see how it could be boring. I do other things while listening, play games on my cell or poke around the internet, the only time I really LISTEN to it with full undivided attention is in the car or when I'm laying down for a nap, otherwise I get too antsy and nervous just listening. I find it calming though, I want to listen to it before bed, gotta find a way to do that.

I tried to listen to Night vale at my boring ass computer job (where I don't need a lot of brain power, honestly) but it still didn't do it for me. Maybe if I kept listening I'd enjoy it somewhat, but I am sort of annoyed at all the stuff on tumblr I see about it that it makes me not want to bother!

Glad you are enjoying it though. It sounds like a fun thing in theory!

Tumblr has it's positives and negatives, I suppose! You should do what you enjoy--no guilt!

I've been seeing/hearing of Welcome To Night Vale around tumblr, and it sounds brilliant! Moreso now that I've read this post.... I'll definitely get round to watching it soon (:
