Hahaha I watched Iron Man 3 a few weeks ago for the first time- I'm almost always late to the fandom party! LOL

I really like how far Tony's character has come from the original IM, but I wonder what he's going to do in the new Avengers film now that he's reactor-less.

I actually loved that they took that away, I felt like the whole point of that was that HE'S Iron Man, not the suit or the reactor or the gadgets - he's not one of those superheroes that has alteregos: he's both Tony Stark and Iron Man equally and neither is in the shadows or any less than the other. So I expect he'll rebuild his suits, because he can do that and make it work without the reactor, and even if he doesn't he's proven he can be useful without the suit, both in terms of kicking ass and because he's a genius.

Oh, I agree. But if he's explicitly blown up his suits for Pepper, I don't know how he can renege on that without looking like an asshole. LOL Wouldn't mind him more in a Nick Fury role masterminding stuff, but he's the only Avenger who can really fly.

I've not seen any of those movies, but two of them I was considering buying. Maybe I'll wait and see if I can pick them up really, really cheaply at some point - they don't really sound worth buying new.

I had remembered daylight saving this weekend (I'm in the UK) but my phone still conspired against me anyway - I set it to change the time by itself, but what I didn't realise was that it didn't work with the alarm, even though I'd set it for 8.30 it went off at 7.30 and I didn't realise until I actually got up.
