So it seems like I only post things on here when I'm bitching about something. Huh. Interesting. Not today though, today I'm turning this journal around. Upside, here I come. I'm going to start a workout/eating log and record absolutely everything.
Diet and exercise, Day 1 through lunch:
1. Woke up a leetle late. Had to rush to get to work even 30 minutes late. Bad start.
2. Got slightly griped at by my mother about going on vacation somewhere that's not Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico.
3. Ate a yummy caesar salad for lunch. (A little large, though. Am going to have to cut down on portion sizes.)
4. Now sitting at work waiting to go to class.
I'll update later tonight with the rest of the day's adventures in eating and (hopefully) exercising...
