I'm not usually a fan of Japanese sweets - I find them a little too quirky and sweet for my tastebuds.

BUT, that said, I love their packaging. I'll be happy to just stare at the cute paper and boxes!

The shop, methinks. No running to the loo after, so the sweets were fine, even if they turned out to be 100 yrs old. :P

their packaging and presentation always look so good! can't say i have enough to say i like them tho...

For me, it adds to the whole experience... first the sense of sight and touch is appealed to, then the tastebuds. :D
