unhealthy? i dont want to get below 100 pounds. and im way shorter than you. 105 is good for 5' tall. 95 for 5'3 is not.

i hope i get laid too. i HATE mcdonalds with a passion. the managers like 'employees get 50% off all food" and im like well thats great i won't ever be using it!

1) 3 meals a day to keep up metabolism
2) Water and diet drinks only
3) HEALTHY food (low fat and fat free any time possible)
4) Stretching, crunches, and push ups before bed
5) Walking/jogging whenever you can squeeze it in

I seriously did that shit and I dropped 10 pounds in like 3 weeks. Actually, I think it was sooner. I'm not promising your results will be that quick but I'm sure you can lose weight from it.
