So I just found out that 'management' wants us out of Boronia within fourteen days.

However, there will be no sort of moving of any sort for quite some time. Not at least until it's possible - and it isn't. For not one, not two but three people. When it is, it'll be thought about.

I had a fairly slack week uni wise this wk. Actually, I had a fairly slack week in most regards. Blargh. Not great, but I did get the first assignment in the box on time on Monday. Good. So yesterday Mike and I went down to Gosnells again, this time though was for a musical purpose. Dave had his first rehearsal with us and it went really well. The songs aren't tough to play on bass and he slotted in perfectly. Nice one dudes! This evening I went, with an old friend, to the One Horse Town album launch at the Fly By Night. Twas a nice eve. I hadn't actually seen OHT play before and they were very goodly. And getting to see Schvendes is always fab. I also saw Mink Mussel Creek (another first) - their frontman looks like Ben Kweller (?!) and they're...kinda prog, I guess. ( Read more... )

Hanging out with Mike and Lauren tonight - Mike is staying at Boronia tonight, we have the same classes tomorrow, starting at 10:30am.

Alarm's been set, all that shit, good. Up early and down the Kwinana to South Street. Going to pull another bong out in the courtyard before hitting the hay shortly.

Flew out of bed at 6:15 this morning without much complaint despite not a massive nights sleep again, though due to going to bed late, not disturbance.
