January: Happy New Year! Here's what I did:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YnwF4LauLcFebruary: 1. What bill do you hate paying the most? I don't pay the bills in Korea, it's done through my hagwon, but I hated rent the most, 'cause it was the biggest.
March: That's right. I went to Busan this weekend and got real Russian borscht and it was kickass.
April: One word: Clinched.
May: Ho-ly-fuck. I really loved this episode. I'll admit that I'm generally easy to please once I've committed myself to a show, and bad episodes tend to not register with me because I enjoy little things about them all, but I think this was in fact a good one.
June: [ignore the day references, I wrote this Sunday morning (with later edits), and LJ has not allowed me to post since that point, and I've finally resorted to email posting, which didn't work, and now it's only letting me from The Canadian's house]
July: I don't care.
August: So I've gone out to work at the farm where my roommate's employed twice now.
September: NerdTests.com says I'm a Cool High Nerd. What are you? Click here!
October: C'mon, all you science geeks. And everyone else too! This one could be fun...
November: Um, I didn't post in November >.>
December: WANTED: JAMES WILSON
Quick update.
School: My grades are pretty much amazing, I'm not stressing about my three finals in two days, and my lowest grade will be an A- in philosophy. Yesterday I won a plant in botany for having the highest grade in my lab section.
Work: Christmas tree season! I'll probably work 18 hours this weekend, and it will be awesome. I got a raise at Raleigh-tutoring-work. Next semester I start a job in a lab at the vet school. They're working on pig cloning techniques.
Hockey: I love so so so much. I'm a defenseman now in women's and I really like it. Had a game Saturday and though we lost (to the U-16 Jr. Hurricanes) my coach said I had great instincts at D. I'm still playing wing in men's league. Goal and an assist last night, though we lost 8-5. Seriously, this is the best sport in the world, and I think I'm always going to cough up the money to play it three times a week, because I can't not.
Dog: Is awesome. I took her to the tree lot last weekend and she was amazing. Little kids hung all over her and she was so, so sweet. I think she might grow up to be a therapy dog. Maybe someday I'll enroll her in training classes again so she can pass the Canine Good Citizen test. If she stops thieving my stuffed animals.
Other: Did I mention The Canadian visited last month? Yeah. But we didn't actually talk about, y'know, anything. I'm emotionally stunted, see.
Ok. I have to do chem homework, get together study materials for stats, chem and botany, do laundry, eat lunch and pack. Then go to work with dog and drive to Columbia after. Have a good weekend, flist.
