I was fortunate enough to not take Russian 1 from Bilenkin. I like the guy, but as a prof I think I'd be ready to throttle him because I'm so anal-retentive about getting translations right.

Heh, no one else is teaching it now. He is the entire Russian program, such as it is.

I think he's just tired of fighting about it. Underclassmen are generally retarded.
