Ryan decided to go to Kensington Metro Park to take nature photos today after Graphic Design, and asked if I'd like to tag along, so I grabbed my cameras (one digital, one camcorder;) and my sketchbook and off we went. That park is HUGE and gorgeous and there were animals just EVERYWHERE (and I kept thinking about Sara as I was taking photos haha ( Read more... )

Gosh, if I didn't know better I'd think you were in the Everglades or something!

Those are some great shots of so me beautiful wildlife.

What a cute little critter in the striped shirt and jeans. ;)

lol Michigan has some awesome wildlife- especially in the U.P. If you ever come here you should go up there- it's so remote and beautiful (plus Mackinac is made of awesome)

I only got them because Ryan is bird obsessed and pointed them out to me every 5 seconds. I was clomping around in my flip flops scaring them away for the most part...

they are! I didn't know they were snapping turtles or I wouldn't have gotten so close.

thanks:) I have an account, but I don't use it very much...I uploaded a looooot of photos from when I went to Italy last May, but then it told me I'd have to pay to upgrade to get more space and I am cheap lol. So mostly I use it to find references for art and stuff and tag favorites.
