Sketching is a nice way to pass the time while waiting in lines for hours... Plus people are so tired that they hold very still for long periods of time:)

at the book store at my school they were only $.88 a pen, so we all used them for general sketching and note taking. They're cheap and they look nice. I have a bunch of different shades of grey too which come in very handy! The only thing is they aren't really water proof, but as long as you're not washing too heavy over top of them it's not too big of a deal...
