Since it seems to be that time of year....

This was a pretty good year for me, musically (and in general too, now that I think about it.) I was introduced to a number of new bands I now enjoy greatly, and some of the bands I already enjoy produced some very solid follow-up albums. Hopefully 2006 will be equally rewarding.
Here are my top 10 albums for 2005.

I guess I'm just going to have to ignore your comments about "I Sold Gold". *folds arms* and I must be the only person in the United States who hasn't heard "Silent Alarm" yet! Where have I been this year?! if you like Matt Pond PA, I'd recommend "Emblems" if you don't have it yet.

I will consider it once I decide whether or not I think the album is interesting enough to check them out further.

I can e-mail you Silent Alarm. Just remind me next time you see me.

Buy Spoon's Gimme Fiction. You won't regret it.
