There are no self-help groups or self-help books, if there was a self-help group, it wouldn't be self-help cause other people would be there with you, and there are no self-help books cause it was written by someone else so you aren't helping yourself. Now, if you were the person who wrote the book and it helped you then it is a self-help book. As far as the beer, it's not a coincidence, God made 24 hour days, and God made 24 pack beer cases, God has everything planned.
