1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before? Went to South East Asia and got travellers sickness while having a rad time
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I didn't make any last year, but this year I want to start exercising

4. Did anyone close to you die? Nobody close, but my coworker did on Christmas day
5. What countries did you visit? Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009? Inner strength
7. What date from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? July 27th, the day I came back from Japan because it was the end of an era.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Studying abroad and getting straight As.
9. What was your biggest failure? Taking the time I had for granted

11. What was the best thing you bought? My traveling costs (tickets/hotels/etc)

i. happier or sadder? Sadder. Most adults think their desires are my desires.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner, but frankly, wanting to be thinner
iii. richer or poorer? Both. When I finish paying off my ticket I'll be richer because my job pays a lot more, but poorer ATM because I'm saving for Japan
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Become friends with the Niji kids.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Taking things for granted.
20. How did you spend Christmas? Opened presents with the family, relaxed for lunch, then worked from 4pm -12 am.

24. What was your favorite TV program? N/A because I hated Japanese TV and I don't have time to watch it here
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Not really.
26. What was the best book you read? I re-read "To Kill a Mockingbird" and loved it. Same with "The Vampire Armand".
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Uhhh...Greeeen!
28. What did you want and get? To see X Japan and Gackt in concert
30. What was your favorite film of this year? Angels and Demons, since I only saw like 4
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? 21, out to dinner with my family and had a general shitty time because my mom was drunk. I had a break down and I went hysterical on my dad
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Not coming back to San Diego/not having an alcoholic mother
