I'd be surprised if the History channel showed something on Saddam Hussein. Aren't they always showing WWII events, political leaders, and whatnot?

A and B. D would be good, I guess. Which country in Europe are you most interested in? You should probably study abroad and in France or a Spanish-speaking country to become more advanced in French or Spanish, if you are serious about it.
