So I've recently found myself wondering what I should do with this space.  In the past I've used it to discuss my work at Realms of Fantasy, to post my RoF Retrospectives, to discuss my writing, to discuss my other editorial work, and also to obsessively compare and contrast HBO's Game of Thrones to the original books.  There have been other things

I read, just don't comment much. I love LJ and keep hoping it will stage a comeback. None of the other platforms can compete with LJ's friends list page.

My non-writing job has very strict rules about discussing my work on social media. Best to be smart and not post about it at all.

I'm still here, though trying to focus more on writing than blogging. I do enjoy posts about writing and editing, but I enjoy lots of other things too.

As I'm sure you've noticed, I keep reading and have for years. A diehard writer always looking for news on the writing front and keeping up to date with what editors really want to see and what is actually being written now that is new and fresh. Helps to keep up with that too.
