The hospital, or more specifically the folks in marketing (yes even non-profits are cursed with marketing), decided it would be a wonderful idea to pipe a lullaby over the PA every time a child is born in maternity. It does not matter what time the podling emerges from his prison, the entire Hospital, including your humble servant in the loony bin

I suggest that you pipe in "the laughing track" (don't remember the real song name) from Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon to celebrate the restraints. That really sets the mood. ;)
