SO I had an amazing night with Amber. I haven't seen her for two months and she is looking fuckin amazing. She's lost so much weight and really looks great. We went out and played Pool with Noel, Noel's boyfriend, and Amber's Dad. We had fun, which was cool. It was nice to be able to just go out with Amber and have fun like we used to

My dear Doug, you are such a great person and an amazing friend and I know you're not feeling great right now but just please don't hurt yourself. We all love you and we all care about you so much and I know you're not feeling great right now but just know that we're all here for you. But you're right...no one can make you stop but you. I wish I could yank the bottle out of your hand and tell you stop and that it's not worth it. But I'm not good at, nor do I like telling other people what to do and I'm not gonna tell you what to do.
