maybe coz i 'grew up' in the computer world? [okies. not exactly. hmms. spend my time on the comp alot, more like it] hahahx. yeah. have been doing this stuff since three years ago? hahhax. im not sure. i do remember the first program i used in my comp when i was how-old, was MS Paint. ahhahahX~

well was bored and i didn have internet at that time.

I remember it took me two years before I even figured out how to do custom layouts. -___- *sigh* And I still need word... *kicks global head tags & css style sheets*

hahaha! same for me, i hate the tags! *global head tags badly injured!!*
but other than that, the layouts didn't take me that long to figure. It's actually quite easy but just have to understand and everything. hmms. css is okay for me, but i don't really know about tables. i suck at them. hahaha. cause i usually don't use tables for my sites.. i use iframes and divs.. hahaha. but when i first had my lj, i asked une_moineau [my friend] if i could have her code. hahahX. cause i was really blur. then i modified the code. then i finally got down to really understanding it properly. hahahX. thanks une_moineau anyway!!
