Mom was…nice, sweet, gentle, intelligent, beautiful, independent. Everything I want to be, but I’m more like my dad, even in looks. Isn’t the daughter supposed to look like her mother? Dad was distant, never really knew what he did. Just that he didn’t bother to notice me.
