We're working on bringing a completely new machine up and running right now. We believe there to be some sort of issue with the motherboard and/or power supplies in Alpha that caused disk-related problems. We are having a data recovery expert attempt to recover all data. If we cannot do this, we would use a backup taken from about 8 hours ago.
