I HAVE A CONFESSION. I went to the MoMa this weekend and, walking through some of the galleries, I would've felt ripped off if my admission hadn't been free. It's like, seriously? Really? I haven't been to the MoMa in at least five years though every time I'm back in Manhattan these past few years I always stay practically a block away. That's disappointing. But then again, I've never been keen on modern art, surrealism not included (because it was modern...er but...different, not that I know anything about art in general).

I'm not keen or art-ly edumacated either, so this is all gut reaction. MoMa is worth a go, don't let my BS put you off. I just spent more time snickering at the sculptures than is probably respectable.

joe and i were talking about how we should do a prank where we print out fake art-piece labels and stick them next to the fire extinguishers and exit signs of the museum.
