it's all Photoshop. i literally just chose different brush sizes and different opacities and just painted the crap out of it. i referenced off of a picture, though, so..

AND THE FUR! WAVING ABOUT LIKE SOME SORT OF L'OREAL ADVERTISEMENT! i love it!
