Any other Emerson seniors getting all this information about "Who's who"? At first I was kinda excited to apply for it - they make it seem like a really prestiegious award. But.... you don't get ANYTHING. Here's what you get: "Local and national publicity regarding your selection to the Who's Who program, coordinated by the school's news media

Who's Who is just another way for Emerson and others to scam money out of you. It's really not worth it.

actually, becoming a who's who doesn't cost anything. what costs is buying the commemorative book. but putting it on your resume is way fun.

Ya, that's right. I remember the books are the pricey things now.

Who's Who centers around buying the book to see your name on page 560 with 30 other people from your school.

They do also do it for high school - my sister was asked.

Overall, it's laaaaaaaame and not worth it.
