Living alone is weird. I don't talk. Its hardly silent because I play music, but talking is different. living alone is kinda weird. there are nights where i won't have said anything for hours and the sound of my voice sounds strange.

but then again i spend all day talking to people, so its kinda nice.

anyhoo, dont overstress things. i find that video games and other hobbies successfully keep reality at a distance. try it.
