They opened a new Price Rite in the former Latinia's building (my fave B-lo supermarket until it closed 2 years ago). I visited and was impressed. It is set up like a warehouse-type store...there are no shelves just pallets piled high, which form aisles. Prices are very good. They beat Tops and Wegmans on most bulk items and fresh produce. that reminds me, on friday when i have the day off i'm planning a wegman's trip to virginia! this would only be the 3rd time i've gone since i've lived here...very exciting.

When Wegmans first came out with its vacuum-packed meat it was really hard to open. But lately I've noticed it has peel-open packaging, and is much easier to open.

Hmm it's possible I am just an idiot and didn't notice they changed it. I've still been hacking at it with knives and such.
