I was getting an eye exam this evening, and it took me to a part of Buffalo I'm not in much. On the way home I was driving past a friend's street, and thought I'd pop in and say hi. Have you ever met that Curtis Guy dude? He's the king of the pop in! ... and then stays for a few hours... I actually enjoy unexpected visits, but I understand why most people don't.

I remember when CA Guy would pop in on me back in the Medina days. It was always welcome.

Actually you and your sister would have been the victims of this very pop in, but I always think so pessimistically that I didn't bother. Figured you would be hard at study and my visit would wreck your next test, resulting in a drop to a 3.95 gpa for you. And Norelle might be making out in her room with her boyfriend and I would interrupt.

Pop ins were still around when I was a teenager. The they pretty much wore off. I live in a neighborhood my friends pass through a lot, but no one has ever popped in which surprises me. Didn't you have your cell phone on you though? geez Jason.

I had my phone, but it would have been like one minute between call and arrival...essentially still a pop in.
