So, I went home for Christmas and I got to hang out with friends, and of course family. I went to go see my dad for the first time in almost a decade. You'd think it would be weird. But it wasn't at all. It was like he never really left. I'm really glad I went cause I feel like a new person now. Like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I

I'm glad you were able to spend some time with your Dad, and that things are doing better for you and that side of your family. I know it was hard on you for a long time with that, and I'm happy that things are working out for you with them. I hope you'll get the job so that you won't have to search for something else for awhile. I'm still trying for Grad school, though it seems like it will never come.
