I'm really in a fix right now, concerning books. There just isn't anything new for me to read! Same goes for movies.

Can anyone recommend anything?

I'm so glad it's stopped raining. Yesterday I went out to ride my bike, but it was just too murky. I can handle a little bit of rain, but these past few days it has just been too much.

book recommendations:

Sybil by Flora Rheta Schreiber ... she has 16 personalities as the book unfolds ... the most astounding book I have ever read

The Master & The Margarita by Mikhail Afanasievich Bulgakov ... a brilliant book. One of my all time favourites

and if you haven't read it Tha Catcher In The Rye by JD Salinger. It's like my bible and life guiding source.

Just my 3 favourites for now.

I've seen the movie version of Sybil!

And the Catcher In The Rye is one of my favorite books ever. So fantastic. It just is one of those books that can completely capture a certain feeling.

I haven't seen the movie. I keep on meaning to look out for it.

CITR is brilliant isn't it? Yeh, I reluctantly related to lots of feelings in that novel. Since reading it I am obsessed by outing phonies everywhere.

btw, nice layout. how awesome are those photographs?

I've just been loafing around your lj, and I'm quite amazed. I love your entries, and your style of writing. You have quite the amazing thoughts, and a way of expressing them.

As far as book recommendations go, have you read The Fountainhead, by Ayn Rand? I've just finished it quite recently, and its the most brilliant book I've ever read.

Or what about The Perks of Being a Wallflower? Yes, it's a wonderful book, and I would recommend it very much, but there's a character in the story named Mary Elizabeth. I've never heard of that name before yours and this girl's in the story, and your name reminded me of this book. To be quite honest, The Perks reminds me of a modern-day version of the Catcher in the Rye, if you like that book. It just has a little more... drama, I suppose.
