1. Name: Amelia - my friends call me Mia or Mia-chan! ^_^

3. Location: Connecticut now - Massachusetts from September on, though. ^^;
4. What is the significance of your user name?: itami_battosai is literally Japanese for "Pain Assassin". Itami's the name of an original character of mine, and I chose "battosai" since I was thinking about Rurouni Kenshin at the time. But it still applies to me now. I can't stand pain - physical or emotional - so I do my best to avoid it or lessen its burden on me. I am the Assassin of Pain because I don't like getting hurt - I've been hurt too many times already by "friends" and ex-boyfriends. ;-;
5. List three positive adjectives about yourself: Kind, open-minded, and determined!! *^_^*
6. Three negative adjectives: Stubborn, quick-tempered, and very sensitive.
7. Do you have any hobbies?: I take karate, draw, write, and do a lot of graphics work. I make icons, layouts, banners, mood themes, and anything else for people with Adobe Photoshop. I also collect manga like there's no tomorrow!! XD
8. What is your dream job?: Graphic artist and writer!!! ^_^
9. Do you have any random obsessions besides Danny Phantom?: X/1999, Rurouni Kenshin, Fairly Oddparents, Smallville, Fushigi Yuugi, Lord of the Rings, Cloud Strife, Disney, Peter Pan...If I go on, people will yell at me. ^_^;
10. Do you consider your self to be part of any particular group; Jock, Goth, Band Nerd, etc. (it’s ok I was a band nerd!)?: Nope. I consider myself too eclectic for my own good. I've been a small part of a lot of groups. But if I had to place myself somewhere, it'd be under Artist - writing and drawing and graphics are my art forms. ^_- (But that's assuming I'm part of a group.)
11. What drew you into Danny Phantom, and why do you like it?: *thinking* To be honest, I really don't remember. I just remember watching "Prisoners of Love" once, got interested, ended up seeing the same episode five times before seeing something different, and I got hooked. It's pretty cool, though - it resonates with creativity, it's catchy, and it's something kids can talk to me about. I had an hour-long debate on whether Technus was purely evil or just insane - with a six-year-old!! XD It's good stuff, Danny Phantom is. ^_^
12. Who is your favorite character and why?: I actually have to say Danny Fenton and Ember. I say Ember because I love muzak, and she has an individual flare that rocks with my own!! ^_^ I say Danny because his character of changing and not fitting in mirrors me to some degree (not the ghost powers, of course).
13. What was your favorite episode and why?: It's a tie between "Fanning the Flames" and "Kindred Spirits". I like the former because it was the first episode of Danny Phantom to make me cry (when Danny's heart got broken), and I like the latter because Dani totally rawks!! XDD
14. What are your views on the paranormal?: I live with it, respect it, and believe it. I've seen this seven-year-old blond boy around, but no one else seems to see him. My friend stared at the spot the blond boy was, and she swore she heard a "Help me" and felt a chill. I'm going to college in one of the most haunted towns in the United States, and the sixth floor in my dorm building is haunted by a girl who committed suicide. *smiles* I swear, ghosts follow me around everywhere. Which is funny, since my mom is really superstitious and hates that kind of stuff. ^_^
15. Do you mind being stamped as a character of the opposite sex?: Nope!
16. Any thing else you’d be willing to share with us… it’s ok we’re all friends here!?: *grins and raises arms like Danny in "Million Dollar Ghost"* FEAR ME!!! XD *laughs* Just kidding - I'm actually really friendly and encourage people to bug me if they need to talk/listening ear/etc. or just bvecause they can. ^_^
