i feel very ok right now. really relaxed. which is a good feeling.

my grandfather died this morning.

i don't realize how lucky i am. i really do have everything i need.

i may get flustered sometimes. and forget the
people that matter. but days like today make me
happy to be here. right here. in meriden. near
belin and middletown, also east hampton. even
if tomorrow is horrible and my week is unbearable
at least i will have had today.
