Since there are 60 seconds in a minuet, and 60 minuets in an hour you multiply 60x60 and get 3,600. That means there are 3,600 different combinations of numbers for you to look at.

Ex:
00:48:31
00:60:12

Now you need to add the hours. There are two hours schemes to use too (12 hour/Military time [24 hour]). So you multiply 12 by 3,600 and get 43, ( Read more... )
