Eating a salad for lunch cancels out the heavily frosted cake I ate for dessert... right?
*sigh* I am so hopeless at dieting. At least I've been exercising, but it's hard to say if I'm ahead of the game once you factor in the bad eating habits.

S: Why haven't I lost any weight? I've been exercising four nights a week!
L: But are you pushing yourself as much as you should?
S: I dunno...
L: Well, tell me what you ate yesterday.
S: I had yogurt and orange juice for breakfast, then turkey chili for lunch, and then hummus and pita for dinner. Oh, and I had huge fistfuls of peanut M&Ms at work.
L: ........
S: Oh.
